Community Guidelines

Last Updated: July 17, 2026

These Community Guidelines govern your participation in every interactive space offered by TMF FITUNATE LLC under the Fit Powerfully™ family of brands, including the Studio Fit Powerfully™ membership platform and community areas, live office hours and working sessions, virtual and in-person gatherings, comment sections, and any other space where members and participants interact (collectively, the “Community”). These Guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Use. By participating in the Community, you agree to them.

1. What This Room Is

The Community is a professional room for fitness and wellness business owners and founders who are building real businesses. Members bring revenue numbers, staffing challenges, contract questions, pricing decisions, and works in progress into this space because it is safe to do so. Every guideline below exists to protect that.

2. What We Expect

  • Professional respect. Engage with other members the way you would in a room of respected peers. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect is not.
  • Confidentiality between members. What members share in the Community stays in the Community. Business details, financials, challenges, plans, and personal circumstances shared by another member may not be repeated, screenshotted, posted, or discussed outside the Community, or attributed to that member anywhere, without that member’s permission.
  • Generosity with perspective, honesty about its limits. Share what you know and what has worked for you, and be clear when you are speaking from your own experience rather than expertise.
  • Credit where it is due. If you build on another member’s idea, framework, or language, say so.
  • Accurate identity. Participate as yourself, using accurate information about who you are and the business you operate.

3. What Is Not Permitted

  • Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, personal attacks, or demeaning conduct of any kind, including on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or body size.
  • Sharing another member’s confidential business or personal information outside the Community, or within the Community beyond what that member shared.
  • Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing Community content, sessions, or member contributions without our written permission. Official replays we provide are for member use only.
  • Selling, pitching, promoting, or soliciting members for your own or anyone else’s products, services, programs, or investment opportunities, in posts or by direct message, without our prior written permission.
  • Recruiting, soliciting, or poaching another member’s instructors, employees, contractors, clients, or members.
  • Presenting information to other members as legal, medical, tax, financial, or other professional advice, or holding yourself out within the Community as engaged by another member in a professional capacity through the Community. Peer perspective is welcome; professional advice belongs in a proper engagement outside this room.
  • Sharing membership materials, teaching content, tools, logins, or access with anyone who is not a member, consistent with our Terms of Use.
  • Spam, chain content, mass tagging, artificial engagement, or any use of the Community to harvest member information.
  • Any conduct that violates our Terms of Use or applicable law.

4. Peer Input Is Perspective, Not Professional Advice

Members of this Community include experienced founders and credentialed professionals, and the conversation is richer for it. Even so, nothing shared between members in the Community is legal, medical, tax, accounting, or financial advice, no matter who says it, and no professional relationship of any kind is formed between members through Community participation. Evaluate everything against your own circumstances and engage licensed professionals directly where your situation requires them. Our own role in the Community is educational, as described in our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

5. Intellectual Property in the Community

Our teaching content, frameworks, tools, and materials remain ours, and your license to use them is defined in our Terms of Use. Content you post remains yours, subject to the license you grant us in the Terms of Use so we can display and operate the Community. Respect the intellectual property of other members and of third parties: do not post content you do not have the right to share.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We moderate the Community in our sole discretion to keep it useful, professional, and safe. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict Community access, or suspend or terminate a membership or engagement, with or without prior notice. Serious violations, including harassment, breaches of member confidentiality, and solicitation after a warning, may result in immediate removal. Consistent with our Terms of Use, no refund is issued for the remainder of a billing cycle when access is removed for a violation of these Guidelines.

7. Reporting

If you experience or witness conduct that violates these Guidelines, report it to us at the address in Section 9. Reports are handled as discreetly as circumstances allow. Retaliation against a member for making a good-faith report is itself a violation of these Guidelines.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines at any time by posting the revised version and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued participation in the Community means you accept them.
